Venter Projects (Pty) Ltd was contacted to provide a turnkey solution involving the design, procurement, and construction of this spectacular bachelor unit. Working against the elements we had to keep to strict timelines. Making use of our network of suppliers we had the advantage to supply the required materials at a cost that suited the client.

What made this project special was that it was built from the foundation up to the roof. We didn’t have to work from an existing building. The owner was looking for a modern but simple design that allows for open spaces. The natural aluminum fittings were complimented by the choice of colour for the unit. The cabinetry and wall tiles posed a contrast to the floor tiles and walls giving it that modern look.

This way, the owner doesn’t have to spend time searching for subcontractors and hiring them, nor do they have to take part in the construction itself. Once the unit was done, the keys were handed over and the new owner was able to rent out the unit.
