Covering an expansive 4000 square meters, the project involved the cautious removal of asbestos side cladding and required strategic coordination. To facilitate the process, asbestos waste bins with a remarkable capacity of 20 tons each were utilized, enabling continuous disposal while minimizing disruption.

Venter Projects (Pty) Ltd executed the task with a skilled team, encompassing cherry picker operators, asbestos supervisors, and a removal team. Access was established using a combination of cherry pickers, ladders, and scaffolding. As the hazardous asbestos material was extracted, it was meticulously contained within the designated bins and transported to a HH Hazardous Waste Disposal facility. Rigorous air testing by the Approved Inspection Authority verified the absence of asbestos fibers, ensuring the safety of personnel and compliance with regulations. Following successful removal, the site received a clearance certificate, affirming the completion of a hazardous material removal endeavor characterized by strategic planning and effective execution.
